WHOSE
LIFE
ARE YOU LIVING?

Beneath every major decision are assumptions we rarely examine.

Assumptions about success. About worth. About who we are supposed to be.

Many intelligent, capable people spend years building lives that make perfect sense on paper only to reach a moment when they begin asking deeper questions.

Is this still what I want? Does my life reflect who I am today? What do I want next?

This isn't a sign that something is wrong.

It's a sign that you're awake.

Through coaching, courses, and community, I help accomplished people move from living by default to living by design.

You don't need another set of answers. You don't need someone else telling you what to do.

You need space to examine the assumptions shaping your life and decide for yourself what comes next.

Let's start that conversation.

Most of Us Are Living By a Script We Didn't Write.

For more than twenty years, my work has centered on helping people learn, grow, and navigate transformation. As an educator, global professional, mentor, and coach, I've become fascinated by a simple question: How do people decide what kind of life to live?

Again and again, I've seen intelligent, capable people making important decisions based on assumptions they had never consciously examined.

I've done it myself—many times.

I earned the grades. I got the job. I had the house, the marriage, the picture-perfect life. By every conventional measure, I was successful.

But much of it felt less like a conscious choice and more like a script I had followed. I found myself longing for a life that reflected who I was becoming, not just who I was expected to be.

I began questioning the assumptions I had inherited about success, achievement, and what a good life was supposed to look like.

Those questions deepened through my work across cultures, where I learned something important:

There is no universal definition of success.

When you experience enough cultures, you realize many of the things we treat as universal truths are actually cultural assumptions. What one culture celebrates, another questions. What one culture considers standard, for another is unthinkable.

Many of the beliefs we hold most tightly are inherited rather than consciously chosen.

When we stop treating those assumptions as facts, entirely new possibilities emerge.

And we become free to decide what matters most and to consciously author what comes next.

From Self-Inquiry to Self-Authorship

Questioning the script is only the beginning.
The deeper work is turning awareness into authorship.

Why I Do This Work

I didn't arrive at this work through a certification program. I arrived here through lived experience.

Years ago, I found myself living a life that made sense from the outside but felt increasingly disconnected from who I was becoming. As I began questioning long-held assumptions about success, identity, and what was possible for my life, new paths opened. What followed was a profound shift, not just in what I did, but in how I related to myself and the choices I was making.

Today, I lead global engagement initiatives at a world-class university and spend my work engaging with people, ideas, and cultures from around the world. Across nearly twenty years in education, leadership, mentoring, and coaching, I have worked with thousands of individuals navigating pivotal moments of change. Those experiences have reinforced a truth I return to again and again: the most significant transformations rarely begin with better answers. They begin with better questions.

That is why I do this work. I help thoughtful, accomplished people examine inherited expectations, reconnect with what matters most, and consciously author the next chapter of their lives. The result is not a perfect life. It is a life lived with greater clarity, intention, freedom, and agency.

"Within six months, I made a long-postponed career transition and finally stopped making decisions based on obligations that no longer fit who I was."

My Work Isn't About Giving Answers

It's About Helping You Ask Better Questions

Which expectations are actually mine?
What parts of my life were consciously chosen and what parts were inherited?
If success weren't the goal, what would matter most?
What am I still trying to prove and to whom?
What would freedom look like from here?
What kind of life am I authoring now?

This Work Is For You If...

  • You've succeeded by conventional measures but still feel restless and unfulfilled.

  • You've achieved much of what you once set out to achieve but feel called toward something deeper.

  • You're tired of carrying the weight of expectations and external demands of who you're "supposed to" be.

  • You're questioning decisions you made based on beliefs that no longer resonate.

  • You're ready for honest self-examination.

  • You want to create the next chapter of your life with greater agency and intention.

If you're looking for formulas or quick fixes, this probably isn't the right fit.
If you're ready to explore what matters most and consciously create what's next, let's talk.

"I saw the angel in the stone and carved until I set it free."

Every life is an act of creation.

You are the sculptor and the sculpture. The painter and the canvas.

Your life is your art.

Create it with intention.
